Body, anatomy... The body structure in this picture is okay, (this kind of positions are sometimes difficult). The only negative thing I have to say is that dragons extremely powerful ad they have great claws, but the "biceps" has to be bigger than the claws (otherwise they couldnt move the claws)
Details: I know (because i like to draw dragons) that drawing dragon scales is boring, but they look great when you are done, try to draw smaller and irregular scales in the front legs, most dragons have a lot of scales in that part. Remember scales are irregular. About the head, I like the scales and the flames (looks great) I think is fine, maybe a bigger right horn I think is a bit small.
Technique, lines... Again the head is great. I suggest you to live space between scale and scale and color it with the pencil or watever you want, it will add volume.
Pros: -good shading - proportions are pretty well done -the flame hair thingy look awesome
cons: -there should be more scales -you should try (if you have one) to use a scanner -color would probably take the picture a long way.
Over all its a very well drawn picture just some things here and there. Instead of shading you should try coloring it. In my opinion it would be cool if flames shot out of her mouth. I really like it but its a bit blurry so if you could start using a scanner that might help. Keep up the good work.

Finally, try to scan it or get a better photo
